2/22/13: Ben's Fine Wine & Spirits (on the corner of Moana and Lakesidein Reno) is at it again. Stop by from 4:30-7pm on Friday, February 22nd for a sampling of wine, beer and spirits to go along with some delicious snacks. We are requesting a $10 donation, all of which goes to benefit the Great Basin Outdoor School, an outdoor experiential science learning program. Leave the kids at home tonight and then spend Saturday with them out in nature!
2/20/13: Come one, come all to Buenos Grill (3892 Mayberry and McCarran in Reno) at 7:00pm to support the Great Basin Outdoor School! Be inspired by the stunning images of award-winning photographer Mark Vollmer and let your heart soar to the tunes of original songwriter/guitarist Jim Eaglesmith. As a part of Jeff Lock's 8-week Winter Slide Series, the event is FREE to attend and all raffle ticket sales with benefit the Great Basin Outdoor School and the development of our future sterwards of the land. 1/31/13: Snow School is here again! Saturday February 2nd kicks off the Great Basin Outdoor School's second annual Snow School! February 7th is open to the public, but there is limited space so you better sign up fast! We hope to see you there!
