Join Great Basin Outdoor School and NV Project Wet to learn hands-on, interdisciplinary lessons that get your students excited about water science, project-based learning and civic engagement! Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) curricula are internationally-recognized, meet NV State Standards, and qualify you for one 1/2 unit professional development credit! Teachers receive the Project WET lesson guide upon completion of the workshop.
The interactive workshop will be a fun-filled day on the Truckee River for teachers, with nature-investigation activities for teachers' children provided by Great Basin Outdoor School.
